How To Make Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Super Easy, Tasty and Healthy Chicken Nuggets recipe that will surely please all mommies and kids.

Ingredients/ Method
350 gm Boneless Chicken cut in small chunks (bite size pieces)
1/4 cup flour ( I used all purpose but feel free to use whole wheat)
1/2 tsp garlic salt (Again, you can use garlic powder and salt)
1/2 tsp paprika
(You can use variety of seasonings to add flavour to these nuggets like curry powder, Italian or Mexican seasoning.)
1/2 cup hot sauce (Once the chicken is done, coat them with this sauce for that exciting taste. You can substitute this with sweet and sour sauce for kid friendly snack)
1 tbsp oil

Combine all the ingredients except sauce and bake at 450 F for 10-12 mins and then flip sides and give chicken 2-3 more mins until completely done. Toss with the sauce and serve.
